We Welcome: The Sweater Collection
The Sweater Collection has quickly become one of our bestsellers, and we understand that well.
The collection is the result of a strong design collaboration with the two women behind Stilleben - Ditte Reckweg and Jelena Schou Nordentoft, who both graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts with a specialization in glass and ceramics. Stilleben is, in addition to being a recognized design brand, an online and physical store in Copenhagen with a curated mix of different interior designs.
The design collaboration has arisen through a common respect for each other's craftsmanship and has resulted in a successful collection with strong elements from both Stilleben and Silkeborg Uldspinderi.
Your favorite sweater on the couch
The Sweater plaid is a simple, patterned plaid designed to create the same feel as your favorite sweater that you just pulled over your head and left on the couch's armrest.
The plaid comes in 6 classic colors; rose, blue, yellow, brown, cobalt and green. The colors are carefully selected based on a warm color scale, and add a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere to the room, which unites aesthetics and coziness in the living room, on the terrace or in the bedroom all year round.
Long-lasting quality
The plaid is woven in 100% combed wool to give it a nice, warm and soft quality. Wool is a unique natural material, that can both cool and heat due to the special structure of the fibers, which can hold lots of air. It is the air in a textile that insulates and therefore a thin wool plaid is much warmer than a thicker plaid in, for example, cotton.
