Withdraw Your Purchase
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days - without giving any reason.
14-day right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your item. If you withdraw before the item has been shipped, the period starts from the order confirmation.
How to withdraw
1. Find your order
Find your order under My Account → Orders: https://silkeborg-uld.dk/account/orders
2. Request withdrawal
Click "Cancel items" on the order page to request a withdrawal.
If the item has not yet been shipped, we will process your request manually. You will receive a confirmation by email - typically within 1–2 business days.
3. Return the item
If the item has already been shipped, you must return it in its original condition within 14 days. You have two options:
Order a return label via our return portal
The price of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Go to return portal: https://silkeborg-uldspinderi-aps.webshipper.io/returns_public/2
Send it yourself with a carrier of your choice
Return shipping is paid by you. Send to:

4. Receive your refund
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount.
Refund
When: No later than 14 days after we receive your return
What is refunded: The item price + any delivery costs, limited to the cheapest standard delivery option
Return shipping: Paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered
Payment method: Refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase
